CANCELLATIONS AND REPLACEMENTS

THANKS.COM.CO Cancellations will attract a restocking fee of 20%. Cancellations are not possible after the product is delivered.

3 day Replacement policy for Physical Damage, Defective, or Wrong Item. It has to be informed via email or whatsapp or phone call within 3 days of the delivery date and follow up with the return instructions that would be provided accordingly.

The customer will get a replacement at no additional cost.

Customers may be asked to ship the product back, in case the reverse pick-up cannot be honored due to operational restrictions.

We will check the condition of the Product after receiving it from the customer before a replacement is issued.

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic reputed courier companies and /or Government speed post only. Orders are shipped within 14 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment is subject to Courier Company/post office norms.
